浜松の大地と文化を形作ってきた「天竜川」と「風」をテーマとした作品。「暴れ天竜」と呼ばれた天竜川は、その荒々しい流れと共に運んだ大量の土砂により、遠州平野という豊かな大地を生み出してきた。その土砂は強風によって中田島砂丘を形成。この水と風の関係は、浜松の風土を象徴的に物語っている。展示では、浜松まつりの凧揚げの伝統をヒントに布によって空間に流れる風を可視化。そこに天竜川の水中映像を鏡面に投影し反射させることで、水が持つ「映す」という性質を空間全体に拡張している。大きな空間に布のうねりと交差する映像が立体的な広がり、風と水が交わる風景を映し出した

The work is themed around "Tenryu River" and "wind," which have shaped the land and culture of Hamamatsu. The Tenryu River, once known as the "Raging Tenryu," carried vast amounts of sediment through its turbulent currents, forming the fertile Enshu Plain. This sediment, carried further by strong winds, created the Nakatajima Sand Dunes. The interplay between water and wind symbolically reflects the unique character of Hamamatsu’s natural environment.

Inspired by the tradition of kite flying from Hamamatsu Festival, the work visualizes the flow of wind in the space using fabric. Underwater footage of Tenryu River is projected onto mirrored surfaces, reflecting and expanding water's "reflective" quality throughout the space. The interplay of fabric undulations and intersecting visuals creates a multidimensional landscape where wind and water converge.
